Camilo is the CEO and founder of Probe Partners Group. He has more than 15 years of experience as a search and talent executive with both retained executive search firms and consumer companies.
He recruits senior level business executives across all sectors of the consumer ecosystem including Consumer Products, Nonprofit, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Retail, Gaming, Technology, Apparel, Luxury, Toy, Sports, Travel, Banking, Hospitality, and Leisure.
He has led Human Capital initiatives across a global footprint and has completed hundreds of executive-level searches, predominantly with Consumer clients.
Prior to founding Probe Partners Group, Camilo was an Executive Recruiter at Korn Ferry’s Executive Search and Board consulting practice for the Consumer Goods and Services sector, where he successfully completed for high profile executive and C-Suite searches for clients of all sizes, from the Fortune 10 to venture-capital and private equity-backed companies.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Camilo was an executive recruiter and a client manager at De Forest Search. He focused on sourcing and placing qualified and accomplished candidates for leading organizations within the consumer ecosystem and beyond. He also led the firm’s multicultural division launched to facilitate the seismic demographic shift in the U.S.
Camilo also brings over a decade of direct work experience in the Non-Profit and Hospitality sectors before serving as an executive recruiter and leadership advisor.

She specializes in strategic planning, organizational development, employee relations, benefits, compensation, career transitions, coaching, training, and talent management. Karren has successfully guided numerous organizations through significant transformations, aligning HR functions with business objectives to drive growth and profitability.
Prior to her current role at Probe Partners Group, Karren was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at EVgo, an electric vehicle charging company, where she developed talent management strategies and compensation and benefits programs to support the company’s strategic goals. Prior to EVgo, she served as Managing Director and Global Head of Human Resources at Colony Capital, Inc. (Digital Bridge), a global digital REIT and investment management firm. There, she led major initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, and managed HR operations during mergers and acquisitions. Karren’s career began at General Mills, Inc., where she held various HR roles, focusing on labor relations, recruiting, and organizational development, laying the foundation for her success in senior HR roles.
